Simple Veggie Salad
Veggies that are always in season, you add your own dressing to suit your needs, be it sugar free, low calorie,low sodium or low carb. This is salad is quick to make and stores well in the fridge. If you want to throw a southwestern twist on this recipe add 2 TBS fresh cilantro and 2/3 cup frozen corn thawed(don't forget to add 100cals to over all recipe!) Enjoy!
