Introduction

Quick and easy salad to go with grilled chicken, fish or lean pork chops. Quick and easy salad to go with grilled chicken, fish or lean pork chops.

Ingredients

    1 16 oz can of sweet corn
    1/2 cup of diced red onion
    1/2 cup of diced green bell pepper
    1/2 cup of diced fresh tomatoes
    2 tbsp of fat free mayonnaise
    Salt and pepper to your taste

Directions

No cooking require. Simply dice veggies, add corn and mayo. And then salt and pepper to your personal taste. I use the lite salt. Once all ingredients are combine , I allow it the chill for at least 30 minutes .
Take it out of the frig and enjoy!!!
