Ingredients

    1 Can of Chicken, may be substituted for Turkey
    2-3 Tbsp Green Onion, finely chopped
    2-3 Tbsp Water Celery, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp Lite Mayonnaise
    1 tsp Yellow Mustard
    1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
    1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning
    1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

Drain the liquid from the canned chicken. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix together with a fork to break up the chicken. Eat by itself, add to a salad instead of dressing, or use in sandwiches or wraps. High in protein and flavor!!
