This is so easy, so delicious and definitely a menu make again soon. The recipe is more than a generous portion and filling! I have to watch my sodium intake, so I did cut back to 1 Tbsp of lite soy sauce, but added some garlic and ginger.
I tried this recipe with raw shrimps and fresh veggies, which reduced the sodium content.Definitely worth repeating. Wholesome and guilt free
