Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I made this today, but I didn't have any sour cream so I skipped it. It still turned out well. Next time I will cream my creamed cheese more because the end product has lumps of cream cheese in it, which my hubby and I don't mind, but the kids aren't keen on. It was a nice sweet low carb treat!
Dreamy creamy! Similar to a Fruit Fool, only more complexly flavored. I don't think previous reviewers understood that this is a Low Carb (Atkins-type) recipe (and thus calorie count doesn't matter). A bit messier to make than I usually care for, but he taste made up for that!
I used a large package of jello and made everything fat free. That brought the calorie count down to 59 calories. I didn't use real whipping cream, I used Cool Whip Free and added it while the jello was still warm. It was really quite tasty.
It is ALOT of calories for something that started out sugar free! I just make the jell-o and top it with cool whip!
