I tried it. Not exactly like ice cream, but still only 2 carbs of sugary goodness. =) i wanna try with diet root beer!!!
I used a generic splenda. Next time I am using actual splenda. I think it will turn out better. I love ice cream so this was a wonderful find after I started the lowcarb diet.
