Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup heavy whipping cream
    1 cup water
    4 tsp. splenda
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Mix together all ingredients in blender. Freeze in individual 2/3 cup serving containers. or in ice cream freezer and ladle into serving size containers. Makes 4 servings 2/3 cup each at 2 carbs each.
Great for the "need" for something sweet while on low carb diet.
Can add 1 raw egg for more protein. this will only increase the carbs to 2.1mg

    Good
    I used a generic splenda. Next time I am using actual splenda. I think it will turn out better. I love ice cream so this was a wonderful find after I started the lowcarb diet. - 8/8/08
