Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I don't know that the nutrition here is accurate. I made a recipe makeover for this, substituting triscuits for pita chips to get more fiber, and noticed the calorie count was a good 100 calories higher per serving than indicated here.
I used fat free plain Greek yogurt instead of the cottage cheese and sour cream and salsa instead of the onion and tomato. This recipe was delicious and filling!
I wonder what Greek yogurt instead of reduced fat sour cream would do?
Reduced fat cheese? Wheat pita crackers?
Sounds yummy. I'll tweak it to lower the sodium. Daisy sour cream is really great; it's pretty much the only one that I'll buy.
