Loved this recipe, made it tonight for dinner and uit was good. I tried something new and put ketchup and brown sugar on top of meat loaf for 5 minutes leave in oven..Just to give it a sweet and sour taste.
I trade out the soup mix and replace it with one medium onion that I have tossed in the blender with the egg and milk. Seriously reduces the sodium of this dish. Great meatloaf recipe!
This is exactly how I make meat loaf, and I am glad to see that it is not too bad as far as calories go.
