I used muffins pans, double the amount of cookie in each cup, I used 2/3 cup water, two eggs, with two table spoon of oil. I also crushed the fiber one cereal. I didn't make cookies but a brownie. It was wonderful. All good suggestions for a good recipe. I will make this again.
These fudgy cookies are awesome! They're like a brownie in cookie form with more fiber. I like the cruncy, but anyone who is not a fan of Fiber One original (I love it!) may not like these so much. I also only got 22 cookies out of this, but I can't seem to measure drop cookies correctly :-P
Wow! My daughter had fun making these for us. Super simple and what a delight. We used the low fat Betty Crocker mix. This just gives us endless ideas about other cookies. Thanks!
These are amazing! I didn't think I'd like them since I've never had fiber one before but I really liked it and so did everyone in my family:) I will be making this a lot!
These basically taste like a brownie with Fiber One cereal in them, and surprisingly, I like it. FYI Layering 2 cookies with 1/2 cup Breyers Free Vanilla ice cream and a drizzling of regular Hershey's chocolate syrup plus 2 TBS light whipping cream is only 4 WW points.
Fabulous!! I used a little more water, and 2 egg whites instead of a whole egg. I was able to only get 36 cookies though. Next time I'll blend the Fiber One before I add it...I'm not fond of the "twigs" texture.
one of my fellow sparkers made these for our weekly snack exchange - YUMMY!!! They taste so divinely brownie-like. I think that my kids would even like these and boy could my diet use the fiber content!
