Crockpot Lemon Turkey Breast
An easy way to have a healthy dinner waiting when you arrive home. I served it with steamed red potatoes and aspargus and no one missed the Hollandaise! This makes a zesty flavorful meat for sandwiches and salads. Marinade could also be used for grilled chicken breast, fish or seafood, but marinate for only 1-2 hours.
