Number of Servings: 12

4-5lb fresh or frozen turkey breast.
1 can family sized cream of mushroom soup
    16 oz. water
    ground red pepper

Remove the skin and any fat from a fresh or thawed turkey. Wash the meat and place it in a crockpot. Add the can of soup, water, and spices to taste.

Cook on high for an hour, then turn the crockpot to low and let cook for 7 hours or more. The meat should be at least 190 F to be done. If it sits overnight and is longer than 8 total hours, that's fine.

The amount of servings will depend on how big the breast is. There are 4 servings per pound.
