Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I really enjoyed this. I added some almonds for protein and had fruit as a side. It made a really nice, filling breakfast.
Wow this sounds interesting. I usually add a tablespoon of cruhchy peanut butter to mine. Especially days I need some extra protein.
I have made microwave oats with almond essence, water and a dash of skimmed milk, but have never tried cinnamon. I will try this tomorrow, but will substitute splenda for the sugar.
I make this every morning. Though I only use 1 tablespoon of Spenda brown sugar. I don't pour milk on either. It is almost like eating an oatmeal cookie!!!
