Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Will definitely make again. I used low sodium diced Italian tomatoes and sliced sweet onions over the spinach. Served with a side of couscous. It was great!
I thought this dish was simple, super healthy, quick cooking, easy clean up, and just delicious. I will definatly make it again. The only thing I did different was add a salt free garlic and parsley seasoning to each layer of the dish. I think it would have been fine without it too.
