Made a close version to these. Left the skins on and cut into fries. Put them into a bag and sprayed with cooking spray. Added garlic salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese then shook the bag and baked them. They were great! Much better than fast food fries and so much better for you!! Will make again! Submitted by:
