Looks like a great recipe, but the calorie count is off per the reviewer below me, so way out of my range. Maybe I'll verify the count as well.
Don't see how the calories can possibly be right
One Russet potato w/skin, alone, is 168 calories! Check calorie count for each serving and correct the nutritional information.
I make these all the time. It's fantastic. I add onions and peppers to the mix, thinly sliced or diced with no additional salt.
Good to see the recipe matches the calorie count now. Makes a nice serving at an acceptable level of calories.
These potatoes are delicious! I used coconut oil, Himalayan salt, etc. Im sure I'll be making these again
