Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Seems like more than 60 calories
How about a crust made from whole grain flour? Use low fat meats and lots of vegetables in the toppings---low fat will cut calories. We need carbohydrates and the fiber from whole grains. Raw vegetables---including cauliflower--would be a good accompaniment for pizza.

THE ONLY EXCEPTION I MADE TO THIS RECIPE WAS TO SUBSTITUE TOMATOES FOR THE PEPPERS AND I ENJOYED IT. LOVE THAT IT IS VERY LOW CALORIE BUT MOSTLY I ENJOY VEGGIES. I NOW MAKE CAULIFLOWER FRIED RICE AND ZOODLES, BOTH WHICH I ENJOY MORE THAN THE "REAL" THING.
