Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Sounds lovely and will make tonite! But I did a recipe makeover online without the salt and the sodium drops to 347 per serving! A substantial amount. I usually cooked without adding salt so will try that way.
I used my own home made sauce and fresh spinach.
I also added three eggs to the ricotta. It just I needed to get the calorie count and the lower fat recipe. Yum.
