to those griping, it is healthy w) 7g fiber & 3g healthy fats per cookie. Think bowl of oatmeal with a banana sliced on it. really folks... if your diet doesn't fit with this recipe then of course it won't be a good match. Move on, rather than besmirch a healthy recipe.
I have been making this ice cream for along time, but the cookie nutrition count is way too high for me. The concept for one who is not trying to lose weight is great, though.
This was pretty good. I can see using the cookie portion for other fruit. Bananas are full of sugar (I don't know if people realize that)) and replacing the filling will help greatly to reduce the calorie count and the carb numbers.
