Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I too follow an extremely low sodium diet and this was absolutely wonderful! I didnt have sherry either and only used 1 T olive oil with a little olive oil spray to coat the pan. I always sprinkle a little parmeson and some egg beaters for extra protein on all my soups and it was heavenly. Thanks
This was wonderful. I am not an onion fan, so I left the onion out. It still tasted delicious. It was hard to find the no sodium chicken bouillon, but i did not give up. Found it in the second grocery store I went to.
THANK YOU SO MUCH for this recipe. My health requires I can only have 1/2 or less the dietary intake of salt than the normal recommendations daily intake. And alot of recipes call for 'canned' soup, which is high in salt. This is perfect !!
