Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

These are excellent with some modifications I did. Low carb baking mix = 1 3/4 C Almond Flour, 1/4 C Coconut Flour, and 1 tsp. Xanthan gum. 1 1/2 tsp Ginger (noted twice on this), leave out Cardamom (Too expensive!) and I used 1/2 tsp. of 5 chinese spice. Use a zero calorie carbonated drink. YUMMY!
