Delicious! Great use for my garden zucchini. Will freeze many bathches. I reduced cinnamon to 1.5 tsp, nutmeg to 1/4 tsp, and sugar to 1 cup. Plenty sweet even with that. Next time I'll cut the sugar back to 3/4 cup.
