Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I love these cookies! They are dense and delicious! I substituted one tablespoon of ground flaxseed and 3 tablespoons of water for the egg white and added a bit of nutmeg. Delicious! Also I made 50 smaller cookies which helps with the calories! Thanks so much!
A very chewy cookie. I cut the brown sugar to 3/4 c. Still plenty sweet for us. Also cut raisins to 3/4 c. Recipe called for 1 tablespoon of cinnamon(mistake?). I used 1 teaspoon. I added 1T. flaxmeal & 1T. wheat germ to make it healthier.
