Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I'm going to try this on the grill next. I think if I put it in a cast iron dutch oven and cook it on low all day, it should taste wonderful! I may tweak it a little next time adding a diced apple with the lemon in the cavity. I cut back on the salt too!
