Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was very good. I didn't have sesame oil, so I omitted it. & I only used 1 oz of olive oil b/c the fat was so high (nutrition info). Then I used a 1/4 c of the sauce to pour over rice pilaf with parm & peas. My husband & I really like it. Preschooler said it was 'ok'! ;-)
An interesting recipe; always looking for different ways to serve chicken. Both my husband & I enjoyed the flavor. Probably will try the recipe again but not soon. Using low sodium chicken broth and soy sauce decreased the sodium content a little.
Fall off the bone tasty and it tastes very rich for being so low calorie. Yummm!
This is a very good recipe, it is very nutritional and very healthy for you too!!! And to add...chicken is very good for you too!!!
