Normally, I use onions, lemon & Garlic, so I wanted something quick & different. i have a garden of fresh basil & oregano, so i used safflower oil (high heat) and saute'd the celery, basil, oregeno +salt to allow the flavors to fuse, then I added the fish. It turned out really well. Yummy!
"Yummy" is an appropriate name! I usually don't add salts to anything but I do like celery salt, so I indulged just for this recipe. Simple, yet very tasty! The smell of basil & oregano cooking was heavenly.
Very good and fits within the calories needed for a healthy diet.
Celery salt isn't my favorite spice but this is a good recipe.
