Delicious, thanks so much! I couldn't find chicken Italian sausage, so I combined 1lb ground chicken with a few cloves of garlic, 1t. salt, and 1/4t. each red pepper flakes, dried basil, oregano, fennel seed, black pepper, and 1/8t. dried rosemary. Homemade chicken sausage :).
