Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I love cole slaw and since I've been using my nutritional tracker it's been hard to eat it. I'll give this one a try. Hope it's good.
Don't like sweet coleslaw - I make mine with oil and vinager
No red cabbage that turns the slaw into an awful PINK. Equal amount of oil and vinager, salt & pepper to taste. My Mom alway called this Greek Slaw We love it!!! great for a diet!!
i love cabbage, but thought it had more fiber than it does?
I'd use up almost all of my carbs on one salad serving . . . but it looks delicious!
This sounds awesome. Instead of mayo, sometimes I throw some low fat cottage cheese in the blender and add that with about a quarter of the mayo and sometimes no mayo.
The marmalade made this dish very bitter (tasted mostly like rind). We doctored it up with honey, salt & pepper. That improved it but it still wasn't a huge hit at our BBQ. Won't make this one again.
