This was alright but there are other cabbage salw recipies I would rather use my calories on.
I made this tonight with pre packaged bags of raw slaw mix. I used sugar fre apricot preserves. I put in some thin sliced red peppers, slivered almonds and a drizzle os sesame oil and some sesame seeds. I also used powdered ginger instead of fresh. It was tangy and spicy. Will definitely make again.
