Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Oh my goodness. These muffins are great! My family is SO picky and yet everyone of them ate the muffins and commented that they want more in the future. I plan to freeze them and have them available for breakfast regularly. Whey protein was new to me - but it is a nutritional supplement. Found it!
This is an awesome recipe! It tastes just as good as the full fat and full calorie homemade bran muffins, but it's so much more healthy! Great substitutions!
