Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This receipe is amazing, I put in less sugar and added a little fresh
nutmeg and cinnamon and more berries. I did find however they took a little longer to cook.
I added apple and substituted splenda for sugar. it didn't rise high but is very tasty
