Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was very good! I'll make this again and again. Even my picky kids were going back for thirds!. I wrapped everything (salsa, avocado, onion) in a fat free tortilla and it was awesome. Healthy Mexican! Hooray!
I absolutely LOVE this recipe! I top it with fat free cheese, sour cream and salsa on corn tortillas and I've got a very satisfying low-fat meal. My husband and kids love it, too!
