Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I make the exact same recipe except without the tomato soup and I use 98 % fat free cream of mushroom soup and I add carrots, celery, diced onion and mushrooms for more flavor and serve it over rice.
I skipped the onion soup packet and used fresh onion. I used 98% fat free soups in place of the regular soup and about 4 hours into cooking added fresh baby carrots and a few redskin potatoes, 2 hours later I added frozen peas and corn. This was amazing! Cheap, easy, and VERY hearty!
Made this yesterday. I was a little reserved about mixing the 2 soups but this was excellent. I marinated the cubed beef all night in the crock with onions, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, garlic powder, add the soups in the morning. Delicious!
