My crisp recipe calls for 4 c fruit, 1/2 c each flour and oats, 2/3 c packed brown sugar, 3/4 t each cinnamon and nutmeg, 1/3 c softened butter. Bake 30 minutes. 6 servings, but no breakdown on calories, etc.
