Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

It's a good flavor for such a healthy recipe. The whole wheat is very apparent & It was just sweet enough. I left the bananas a bit chunky, so there were bites of carmelized bananas throughout. I sub'd the oil for unsweetened applesauce to cut some fat and didn't recognize the difference.
Muffins are in the oven! Thx to earlier comments, I used agave, pastry flour & apple sauce, and added chopped walnuts & some splenda brown sugar blend.

If you think it's not flavorful enough, banana extract should help. Sadly, I couldn't find mine. :-(
