I really want to try making these, but I'm not sure what sugar free syrup is, and I don't usually shop at world market. Does anyone have any suggestions for a substitute for the Sugar Free Coconut flavored syrup?
I would substitute hemp seeds for the flax seeds to get more nutrition out of these.
