I don't think 350 calories is "a ton" or is "bad for you." The serving size seems a little small and I'm not sure what I'll do with 14 servings but we'll try it.
A ton of calories, a ton of Sodium, but lots of protein too. I made it because I thought my DH and kids would like it and it would be a break from all the "healthy" stuff. I was right. They really liked it. Go figure with how bad for you it is!
That seems like a waste of calories. 910 a serving is pretty steep. I am going to find a way to cut it down though by making some substitutions.
