This recipe is from Madhur Jaffrey's "World Vegetarian", an amazing cookbook I turn to very often.

This recipe happens to be one of my favorites in the book so far. It is tasty, healthy, and very filling. I always serve it over plain brown rice for even more protein and fibre.
This sounds really great and anything new that is vegetarian is for me.
The only thing is you did not put in each ingredient..just the name of the dish so it is not giving the right calorie count...Other wise I am making this dish tommorrow...yummo !!!
