Note 2 self: Try 1/2c. brown sugar; replace soy flour with WW flour; omit wheat bran and raisins-first time used.
These were very good! I didn't have any soy flour, so I used chocolate flavoured whey protein.
How can there be only .8g of sugars if you use a cup of packed brown sugar?
Too many calories for one cookie! Taste good but I can't afford an extra 200 calories( and thats assuming you can stop at 1 cookie!)
