Add protein/remove fats by adding some pulled/shredded beef or chicken with 1/4 cup low calorie low sugar BBQ sauce instead of the butter and cheese. The BBQ sauce is enough liquid to get the potato mushy and you get the tang. This kicks my craving for a giant meat and potatoes dinner.
