Smells wonderful while baking! I thought 3 c. sugar was outrageous, so cut it down to 1 c. packed dark brown suger. Also used olive oil instead of butter and added 1/2 c. chocoate chips.
I made this today, though I used 2c brown sugar instead and only had 2 eggs. A nice bread. Next time I might add some nuts
