Perfect healthy comfort food! I put it over low-carb pasta noodles, and it was wonderful! My husband likes it over potatoes, and my kids like it with rice. Add a green salad, and you've got a crowd-pleaser of a meal.
I did not have mushroom soup, I chopped up fresh mushrooms and added. I did not have fresh celery, I put a can of lowfat and low sodium celery soup on top instread of celery. This was declicious!
