Very good. Not too salty. Just right. The wine is a great touch and adds real depth to the flavors. My husband even ate the celery! Can't wait to use the leftovers in another dish.
moist juicy chicken! Kids chowed it down. A little bland so I'd recommend salt & pepper under the skin along with poultry seasoning, or your favorite spices. Definitely more healthy than my usual butter basted roast chicken!
I made it today and it was great. I had a big bird, so it took a little longer to cook. I also took the juices, skimmed off the fat, then add cornstarch, making a sauce. It was yummy, grandkids loved it to. Easy.
