Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Used a whole chicken and added onion, Black Soy Beans, Garlic and some left over Chicken Broth. It needed a healthy (?) dose of salt, and definitely more seasoning. It will be a work in progress.
Excellent recipe. I omitted the salt (I never use salt) and added a little bit of hot sauce. Lots of fiber, which is always a good thing. So easy. Thx
