Making this for years but only 2 c. cooked brown rice, one more pkg broccoli, no celery. Cook onion in microwave, faster. Add 16 oz pkg fat-free American cheese and add it toward end or it curdles and nice swirls. Also add nutmeg and tiny sprinkle of cayenne; make in crockpot
