Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This is very "GOOD".... I put 1/4 c. of low fat bag cheese on top and let it get golden on top.
Delicious - I added a little red & green pepper and substituted McCormick Salt Free for 1/2 of the Old Bay. It still is pretty high in sodium so it will be saved and enjoyed on "special indulgence" days.
This sounds good and will probably try it. However the sodium at 1155.5 is very high for one setting for someone with high blood pressure. But truely sounds tasty!
too much sodium
