Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I LOVED this! I used No Yolk noodles, a 5 oz can premium white chunk tuna, low fat mayo, 98% fat free cream of mushroom, skim milk, fat free cheddar cheese, 1 can peas (no salt ones), and a small can of mushrooms. Even with all the low-fat/no-fat subs, it was DELICIOUS and really, really creamy!
This dish was delicious! I used 1/2 of fat free mozarella, 1/2 of 2% velveeta, low fat mushroom soup, smart balance pasta, and added green beans! I loved the recipe and will make it again.
Just made this but I used ingrediants like calorie free mayo, fatfree creamer and added canned pieces of mushrooms, onion powder, galic and herb mrs.dash mixed it all, and a fat free cheese slice for one piece and shredded tex mex cheese for the toppin of the cassarole! YUMMY and low fat/sugar/salt!
I just imported this recipe into my cookbook program and it shows the caloric info per serving as 876.51 calories - has anyone calculated the nutrition and if so, what did you use? I use the Living Cookbook
I used 1/4 cup of light mayo, reduced fat cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup of 2% shredded cheddar and no-yokes noodles. Even with cutting the extra calories and fat it was still delicious!
Tasty and fun! I omitted the milk (I ran out of it) and I mixed in onion, mushrooms, broccoli, and corn. Seasoned it with salt, pepper, and dill, too. Resulted in a nice thick and noodley dinner!
I thought this was excellent. I added an extra can of tuna (5oz each) and used skim milk. Fat free mayo would have been better yet. It was nice and creamy though, great recipe!
Made this recipe adding celery, frozen peas, FF sour cream, healthy choice soup, and lower fat velveeta, with a sprinkle of Panko bread crumbs on top.I used 5 cups of dry pasta shells and made a large casserole dish. A one cup serving is very filling, and only 5 Weight Watcher points.
My family is doing a 1200 calorie diet, so I did a little substituting. I took out the mayo and used Daisy sour cream light (40 cal per serving), used fat free skim milk, 98% fat free Campbell's cream of chicken soup, and 2% Velveeta... I grew up eating Tuna Noodle Casserole and this is way better.
This was the best Tuna Casserole I've had in a long time. Like other folks, I lightened it a bit with low-fat cheese, skim milk, and light Mayo (don't like Miracle Whip unfortunately). It was superb! Even my husband loved it! Thanks so much for sharing this.
I liked this recipe, but changed out some of the ingredients to make it lower fat- light miracle whip instead of mayo, skim milk instead of 2%. My husband loved it and it was 100 fewer calories!
Very easy, and I used the new low fat mayo and added some fresh mushrooms. My fiancee LOVED it!
Love it. I use skim milk and fat free mayo and 2 cans of white albacore tuna.
This is a great recipe and so easy. I used light mayo, skim milk, and reduced fat cheese and it was still great. We will definitely make this again!
This is good and simple (as the name implies)! I used wheat "egg" noodles, 1/4 c Miracle Whip Light, skim mik, 5 oz tuna, and 2% cheddar. This changed the nutritionals to 215 cal, 6 g fat.. Next time I might want to add peas or some other veggie.
I too used more tuna, for more protein value. This tasted good!!!
I'll stick with my own recipe - it's similar, but has fewer calories, less fat, and has some other ingredients that give it a flavor and nutrition boost. A little more prep, but well worth it.
This was sooooo good, I overate it. I would make it again if I can be strong enough not to eat the whole thing! I used less mayonnaise and low fat cream of mushroom soup too! Yum, yum
One of my favourites! I made it with ww pasta and 2 cans of tuna (hubby always likes me to add an extra can to these types of recipes) and fat free milk. Also, it's easy for my toddlers to eat, so they like that.
