Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This Chowder Was Wonderful! I Also Used Fat Free Evaporated Milk Instead Of Cream And Lactade Free Milk As I Can't Have Dairy. I Used Steelhead Because Of The Price Of Salmon. Next Time I Would Add More Corn. My Husband Loved It Also. 5 Stars In My Book.
This is delicious! I used fat-free evaporated milk in place of the heavy cream to save some calories.
