Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I left out the ricotta & sugar--used cottage cheese instead. Also, when I cooked up the hamburger, I added a shredded carrot, 1 chopped onion, chopped kale & cabbage, plus chopped sweet pepper. -- When I make a casserole I LOAD in veggies & the family gets the benefit!
