Great low carb recipe, even with the breadcrumbs. Thank you. I made them smaller, like poppers. Submitted by:

Supper yummy. I think the secret is rotisserie chicken skin and fat removed of course but the drippings from the juices of the rotisserie chicken help bind and give it flavor. I halved this recipe except for onions and seasoning because I love onions. I also added garlic and for my seasoning I used Submitted by:

I had no luck with stovetop and no fat. It worked well in the oven though. Submitted by:

Made this on a whim last night, and it was a hit! The only 2 items I added were garlic powder and a pinch of sea salt. I will definitely make this again! Submitted by:

I used low-fat Cheddar Cheese and Egg-Beaters, but otherwise stuck to the recipe. It was excellent. Thank You. Submitted by:

I really like this recipe because it allows you season the croquets to whatever you're in the mood for. The first time I seasoned it with Mrs. Dash salt free Southwest Chipotle. The second time I used ranch mix. I found chicken thighs from the crock pot work the best. Submitted by:

Made this tonight for dinner, I dont like sour cream & it was alittle dry so I had some fat free cream of chicken soup and put about 1 tbsp over it and LOVED it!!! Big hit with my family too, even my very picky teenage daughter - Thank You Submitted by:

Very good! I added garlic, fresh parsley and poultry seasoning, since some comments said it was a little bland and it turned out nicely. Much easier and less messy than my normal croquette recipe, not to mention low carb. Thanks for this one! Submitted by:
