these are excellent,how ever high in sodium
I love this recipe, I have been using a similar one. I use splenda brown sugar blend, add 1/4 cup of ketchup and 1 tbsp of Worcestershire. Then put everything in my crockpot for about 7-8 hrs on low.**yummy** my hubby loves it too!!
